If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We offer a refund service given the following conditions:
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items must be sent back within 30 calendar days from the date you received the order
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless it is a faulty product or incorrect item)
- You must contact us before to register your return, packages sent without contacting us may not be refunded
- We do not accept any returns on socks for hygiene reasons, except if it is faulty or not as described
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving of your items and must be registered via our return portal. You will receive instructions via email, please also check your spam folder.

- For general returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - we do not offer free returns (We only offer free exchanges within the EU)
- We offer discounted shipping labels which you can purchase from our returns portal. The cost will be deducted from your final refund.
- Approximate return label costs are:
- EU: 7 EUR / 69-79 SEK/NOK
- US: 10 USD
- UK: 7 GBP
- ROW: 12 EUR
- There are no additional return or re-shelving charges
- You can avoid the return shipping costs by opting for a store credit which will be sent to you via email - please check your spam folder. The option will be presented in the return portal.

/* Free size exchanges within the EU
- Non-EU customers cannot opt for an exchange, however they can opt for a store credit to avoid the return shipping cost. You can use the store credit to place a new order within the 12 months.
- For EU customers, we offer free exchanges for a different size or model with an equivalent value (as long as the original item is in original condition, unused, unwashed and stain free)
- Exchanges and returns for store credit must also be registered via our return portal
