Returns and Exchanges

Welcome to our Return and Exchange Help Center. Here you will find detailed instructions for returns, exchanges, claims and all supported carriers. If you need assistance, please contact our team at help@nothingssomething.com.

Important: Faulty or Incorrect Items (Claims)

If your request is a claim for a faulty or incorrect product, please do not send the item back. Our customer care team will contact you with the next steps.

1. How to Prepare Your Parcel

These steps apply to every return and exchange.

  1. Place the items in the original shipping bag or use a similar sized box or bag.
  2. Ensure items are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with all labels attached.
  3. Include the original packaging.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges allow you to switch to another size or color. Exchanges are available only for EU customers.

  • Exchange items must be handed in within five working days after creating the request.
  • If the return does not arrive, both the original and replacement items may be charged.
  • Exchange stock is reserved after your return is scanned by the carrier or accepted at a drop off point.

3. Returns

Returns are refunded once the parcel reaches our warehouse in Sweden.

  • Refunds take 1 to 2 weeks after the parcel arrives at the warehouse.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus any return label fee.
  • Store credit is generated faster and is sent once the return is scanned as in transit.

4. Country and Carrier Instructions

🇺🇸🇬🇧 United States and United Kingdom (FedEx or UPS)

These shipments require both a shipping label and commercial invoices.

You need

  • Printed shipping label
  • Printed commercial invoices (usually 3 copies)

Steps

  1. Print your shipping label.
  2. Attach the shipping label over the original label.
  3. Print all commercial invoice copies.
  4. Attach one invoice copy in a clear sleeve or tape it securely to the parcel.
  5. Hand the remaining invoice copies to the FedEx or UPS driver or drop off point.
  6. Drop off at any FedEx or UPS location or schedule a pickup.
  7. Track using the number on your return label.
🇪🇺 European Union (DHL or Budbee)

DHL returns

  1. Print your DHL shipping label.
  2. Attach the label over the original one.
  3. Drop off at any DHL point.

Budbee returns (label free)

  1. Open the link in SMS/email or the Budbee app.
  2. Select “Book return”.
  3. Receive a PIN or QR code.
  4. Drop off at the Budbee Box using the code.

Exchange note

Your exchange item ships once DHL or Budbee scans your return.

🇳🇴 Norway (Bring/Posten)
  1. Print your Bring/Posten shipping label.
  2. Attach the label over the original one.
  3. Drop off at any Bring/Posten location.
🌍 Other markets (FedEx or UPS)

In most other markets we work with FedEx or UPS. These shipments require both a shipping label and commercial invoices.

You need

  • Printed shipping label
  • Printed commercial invoices (usually 3 copies)

Steps

  1. Print your shipping label.
  2. Attach the shipping label over the original label on the outside of the package.
  3. Print all commercial invoice copies.
  4. Attach one invoice copy in a clear sleeve or tape it securely to the parcel so it is visible.
  5. Hand the remaining invoice copies to the carrier driver or drop off point.
  6. Drop off at the recommended carrier location or schedule a pickup according to your return confirmation email.
  7. Track your parcel using the number on your return label.

5. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition.
  • All labels and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns not meeting the condition requirements may be rejected.
  • Exchanges are only available for EU customers.

When will I receive my refund

Refunds are processed 1 to 2 weeks after the parcel arrives at our warehouse.

Can I exchange instead of returning

Yes, if you are an EU customer and choose exchange in the portal, we will prepare your new item once the return is scanned as in transit.
