/* Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We offer a refund service given the following conditions:
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items must be sent back within 30 calendar days from the date you received the order
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless it is a faulty product or incorrect item)
- You must contact us before to register your return, packages sent without contacting us may not be refunded
- We do not accept any returns on socks for hygiene reasons, except if it is faulty or not as described
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable
For your convenience, we can provide a pre-paid return label, and if used, the return shipping cost (subject to change) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We gladly offer an exchange service if you wish to change size or color in the EU. The item which you wish to exchange must fulfil the same requirements above of a regular return. Exchanges requests must occur within 20 days of receiving the original order.
