If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We offer a refund service given the following conditions:

  • All items must be unused
  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items must be sent back within 30 calendar days from the date you received the order
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless it is a faulty product or incorrect item)
  • You must contact us below before to register your return, packages sent without contacting us may not be refunded
  • We do not accept any returns on socks for hygiene reasons, except if it is faulty or not as described
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable 

We can provide a pre-paid return label, and if used, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount
